Oh Tumblr…how i’ve missed theee

In 2013 I had started my fitness journey and by august had lost 30lbs! But it wasn’t a healthy way if losing weight. I constantly ate below 800 calories, i had to run 6-7 days a week or i would hate myself and because of it i now have thyroid and metabolism problems. I decided i didn’t want to be miserable anymore. I changed my habits. I ate healthy and enough calories and decided its good to have a few rest days, and eating a peice of pie would not put me back in my weightloss efforts. I gained 15 pounds because of this but i wouldn’t change a thing. I’m working on loving myself now and feeling more comfortable in my own body. Who cares that i gained half the weight back? I’m just working on getting healthy and I’m a lot more happy for it!
